The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring the city. We had a great stay withvery comfy and tidy rooms. The children's playroom was a nice touch. I'd recommend this hotel to others.

We absolutely loved this place! We were impressed by how this hotel is located in the center of the downtown area, near some fantastic restaurants. We appreciated how the staff provided us with car hire, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping services. Our room was equipped with modern amenities, including an electric kettle and a mini-bar. We enjoyed having the option for in-room breakfast and the buffet breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided an excellent service. The leisure spa & wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

I had a perfectly pleasant experience here, everything was nice, the location was magnificent adjacent to train station and transport to other places in Bangkok.

The pool water temperature can be uncomfortably warm, making it less refreshing for guests.

The hotel was clean and stylish, enjoyed the exceptionally comfortable beds. Everyone was well-mannered and the breakfast was free. Pool was good and there was a nice restaurant on site.

That was what I call nice place for shopping. The location was strategic and room was brand-new, I liked courteous staff. An excellent service and excellent breakfast. Besides, parking was available on site

The hotel staff were attentive and helpful, and the location was central to shopping areas, tourist attractions, and food options. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean each day. it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues in search of a nice place to stay.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Located in the Sukhumvit area, we had easy access to Bangkok's vibrant nightlife with plenty of bars, restaurants, and massage parlors nearby. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to the train station, making it effortless to explore the city. The price we paid was very reasonable considering the excellent facilities offered. it was a great experience.

Convenient location for visa applications and passport renewals. Recently redecorated rooms in older part of the establishment are much improved. Spacious rooms, good breakfast, and attentive staff. Close proximity to preferred tailor shop. Easy to find with available parking.

The hotel's superb location provided me with easy access to Bangkok's bustling nightlife. the big swimming pool and beautiful aviary in the grand entry were excellent features of the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and efficiently provided taxis when requested. And, the small grocery store located close to the hotel was a convenient amenity.

Located near a lively street with plenty of dining and entertainment options, the rooms I stayed in were either clean and spacious or in good shape, depending on the building. The staff was quick to address any concerns I had, and the gym and pool facilities were both excellent. Breakfast was yummy and the hotel's location made it easy to get around.

The check-in process at the hotel can be slow and chaotic during peak times.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the city from the windows. The hotel's location was key, making it easy to reach various places and there were plenty of nearby attractions within walking distance. the reception was quite busy, but the staff, particularly Sunee, was attentive and even upgraded my room, a nice bonus.

Some of the rooms in the old building were not recommended for staying, so it's best to opt for the main building. the decor and furniture seemed outdated, and the use of keys instead of magnetic cards to open doors was inconvenient.
